We're going to get real up and close & personal with your current health & diet situation so we accurately know how much you've been eating & what you've been eating.
STEP 3: THE DIET
Initially, I'll be showing you what we want to shoot for depending on your goals. This won't be rigid or strict, & it's expected that you won't match my recommendations perfectly, because perfection doesn't exist when it comes to your body and food. The recommendations will be clear, but also fluid & flexible, as a diet should be.
STEP 5: WEEKLY UPDATES & UNLIMITED E-MAIL SUPPORT
Each week, we're going to add on 1-2 small, achievable steps to get you closer to your ideal & sustainable diet. Making small changes helps with adherence and long-term success, so don't expect to be bombarded with dietary changes in this program! In addition, you will have unlimited e-mail support for up to 4 weeks after your first coaching call.
STEP 2: COACHING CALL
This is a 45 minute coaching call session to review your next plan of action, as well as demolishing any past barriers or blocks that have kept you stuck in the past with your diet.
STEP 4: SAMPLE MEAL PLANS
Remember how I said you won't get rigid meal plans for me? I meant it, but sometimes it helps to have a sample meal plan to assist you in creating your own unique meals & dishes. These sample meal plans will be unique to your own dietary needs.
