MOVEMENT SCREENING

Online video chat session to assess mobility, balance, strength, & more. this helps me assess what movements are going to be the most beneficial for you, which ones we want to avoid, & what we can do to correct any present deficits or injuries.


CUSTOMIZED STRENGTH TRAINING PROGRAM

Learning how to move properly through basic movements becomes the foundation of an incredibly effective & progressive strength training program. Movements such as the squat, hinge, press, push, & core stabilization will be the big drivers of building lean muscle mass & maintaining healthy movement patterns.


CUSTOMIZED NUTRITIONAL SUPPORT

Ensuring adequate nutrition is going to be a crucial element of success. Food tracking will be necessary temporarily, UNTIL WE CAN SET up an environment where intuitive eating will eventually be implemented.  


CUSTOMIZED METABOLIC CONDITIONING

Metabolic work preserves muscle mass and burns body fat in an exceptionally short period of time. THIS IS ADDED CAREFULLY & STRATEGICALLY SO WE CAN DO THE LEAST AMOUNT OF THIS WORK POSSIBLE, BUT STILL GET THE DESIRED RESULT OF A STRONG, LEAN AND HEALTHY YOU.


BI-WEEKLY CALLS

these 30 minute sessions can be used for a 1-1 training session, a check-in phone call to hear about how great you're doing, to re-assess or work on your nutritional habits, or a session to help you move through any struggles you're having.

 


COACHING SESSIONS

1-1 video coaching sessions to review form, work on specific exercises, & improve your training potential. these are a game changer for learning how to properly do the most fundamental exercises for a strong, safe, & effective program.


RECOVERY PRACTICES

THERE WON’T BE PROGRESS IF THERE ISN’T ANY RECOVERY. THESE INCLUDE IMPROVING SLEEP HABITS, STRESS REDUCTION TECHNIQUES, TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS, AND POSSIBLY REFERRALS OUT TO OTHER HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS IN ORDER FOR YOU TO REACH YOUR OPTIMAL SELF, INTERNALLY AND EXTERNALLY.

WEEKLY CHECK-INS

Every week, we'll be assessing sleep, stress levels, appetite, cravings, and more to ensure we are moving in a positive trend not only in fitness, but also in health & spirit. communication is strong with online fitness coaching, so expect to hear from me throughout the week as well.


FINAL HEALTH ASSESSMENT

This is where we assess where you started, & where you ended in the program. we will review your body measurements, body fat, strength levels, body satisfaction, stress levels, & more to make sure you got everything and then some from this program.

Do I need a gym membership?

It is recommended, but not required. 

Can you diagnose my injury?

No, I cannot legally diagnose your injury. If needed, I will refer you out to a physical therapist, physician, or other healthcare provider to better assist you.

My schedule changes all the time. Can you work with that?

Absolutely! You train on the days that are convenient for you. No appointments necessary.

What if I'm traveling during the program?

As long as you let me know at least one week in advance, I can adjust your training so you train and travel (best of both worlds!)

What is the investment of this program?

Investments can range from $150-$400 or more per month depending on your needs, current level of fitness, & desired support.

How long does online training work for?

Minimum of 3 months, recommendation of 6 months to 12 months for best results. This is not a "quick fix" training program, and for some, the process will take a lot longer to achieve their optimal self.

Do you have payment plans?

Yes - payments can be made automatically on a bi-weekly or monthly basis.
