Do I need gym access for this program?
Yes, as you will need access to a squat rack, barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, bands, and physioballs.
I'm a complete beginner in the gym, and I've never worked with barbells or kettlebells. Is this program right for me?
Yes! This training is perfect for beginners and those that are proficient in barbells and kettlebells, but want to dedicate more energy to strengthening their core and improving their proficiency at many of the popular lifts. However, I do recommend that if you're a beginner, to schedule a 1-1 online video coaching session so we can make sure you are moving safely. These sessions are an additional charge ranging from $40-87. Details are in the program.
How is this program delivered?
This program is delivered instantly following payment in a PDF format. Each exercise video will be linked to either Vimeo or YouTube.
Will this program fix my back pain?
This program is not intended as medical advice, and therefore I cannot guarantee that it will fix any back pain. Statistically, proper core stability training can reduce back pain, but I cannot guarantee that it will work in your case. If you currently suffer from back pain that is limiting your quality of life, I would suggest getting evaluated by a licensed physical therapist in your area.
I recently had a back surgery. Is this program okay for me?
If you have been cleared by your physician to resume all normal activities, including weight lifting, then yes, this program is okay for you. Always refer to your physician if you have any questions/concerns regarding your specific situation.
How many days per week do I have to dedicate to this program? How many hours?
3 days per week, on alternating days. Each workout should take 45-60 minutes, sometimes less or more depending on how long it takes you to review the videos & which phase of the training you are in.
Is there any 1-1 fitness coaching with you in this program?
This is a "DIY" program, so there is no 1-1 fitness coaching unless purchased for an additional fee. Details are listed in the program.
